This antique Patek Philippe & Co. Genève 18k yellow gold pocket watch was retailed by M.W. Shaw of Galveston, Texas. This important estate watch features a signed white enamel dial, Roman numeral markers, subsidiary seconds, blued steel hands, an engine-turned gold hunter case, and a Patek Philippe signed mechanical movement numbered 68318.
