Every piece we ship is fully insured from our door to yours, at no cost to you.
How we ship
- Orders over $1,000: free overnight shipping.
- Orders under $1,000: free insured shipping.
- Signature required: all packages require an adult signature at delivery. For your protection, we can’t release packages without one.
When your order ships
Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days after purchase. Every estate piece is inspected and carefully packed before it leaves our Lakeway showroom. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
